This Acceptable Use Policy sets the baseline rules for using UrbanTrack, whether you are a client administrator, organisation user, contractor, reporter, or website visitor.

Use UrbanTrack only for legitimate, authorised service and reporting activity.

False, abusive, unlawful, or malicious use is prohibited.

Permitted use
The service may be used only for legitimate reporting, operational coordination, contractor delivery, service transparency, procurement, support, or product evaluation purposes.
You must use the service honestly, lawfully, and in line with any role or permissions assigned to you.

Prohibited content and submissions
You must not upload, submit, or distribute unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, or malicious material through the service.
- False or intentionally misleading reports
- Harassment, threats, or abuse aimed at staff, contractors, public users, or other organisations
- Malware, dangerous files, or scripts intended to damage or disrupt the platform
- Content that infringes third-party intellectual property, confidentiality, or data protection rights

Technical misuse and unauthorised access
You must not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with the platform in a way that is unauthorised or harmful.
You must not attempt to access other organisations' data, protected routes, hidden admin features, or infrastructure without permission.

Enforcement
We may investigate misuse, remove content, suspend accounts, block access, preserve evidence, or cooperate with clients or authorities where reasonably necessary.
This policy sits alongside the Terms of Service, client contracts, and any organisation-specific operating rules.
